Your wedding day is one you’ll cherish forever. Unlike still photos, a professionally crafted video of your wedding day allows you to listen to your vows spoken with earnest devotion, hear the laughter of loved ones, and be engulfed in the full range of emotions of your wedding day once again.

Here’s how our process works:
1. GET IN TOUCH
The first order of business is to hop on a call with Chris Castillo Films. We’ll discuss all the details of your big day including your wedding date, the specifics of your venue, and what your vision is for your one-of-a-kind wedding film.
After our call, I’ll send over a contract and proposal based on your unique needs. Once the contract is signed and the first payment is received, our services are officially booked for your wedding day.
2. LOGISTICS & DETAILS
A month before the wedding, your final balance will be due. We’ll set up a time to connect and dive into all of the logistics of the event day.
We’ll finalize the details and make a plan for the day of the wedding so you can feel confident and assured that we’re prepared to capture all the special moments of your big day.
3. FINAL CHECK-IN & DAY OF
The week of your wedding I’ll touch base to confirm the logistics and details for our wedding day plan.
On the day of your wedding, I’ll show up before things kick off. Because of our planning and communication, you can enjoy every moment of your wedding knowing that I’ll be there to capture it all.
4. CRAFTING YOUR FEATURE
After the wedding, your film will be personally edited to tell the story and portray the emotion of your day. Because each film is different, we always use a unique creative process and don’t have a standard blueprint.
We use custom footage to edit back elements that best showcase the day in visuals, audio, and storytelling. Ensuring your story is presented in the most powerful way involves intricate and repetitive work, and as such, the average time of completion for our videos is 2-3 months.

Hours of Coverage
Your wedding day is full of moments that matter, and we’re here to make sure those moments are captured on film. From the arrival of your wedding party early in the day, to the final farewell as you and your partner make your grand exit, we capture each special occasion so you’ll be able to relive those moments for years to come.
Each of our packages comes with 8 to 10 hours of coverage, with additional hours available as add-ons.
Drone Coverage
Footage from a birds-eye view adds a dramatic effect and unique perspective to your wedding film. Drone coverage gives you full visibility of your wedding venue and captures views no person can reach.

With our 13-15-minute film,

With our 8-10-minute film,
you’ll get the perfect combo of highlights from your big day and meaningful details while your personal flair shines through.
With our 3-5-minute film,
we’ll uniquely capture the core moments from their big day. You’ll be able to look back for years to come and remember the significant events of the day you said I do.
One-Minute Wedding Teaser
The One-Minute Wedding Teaser highlights the major events of your wedding day and tells the story of your wedding day in a film that’s perfect for sharing with friends and family.
The wedding teaser captures the joy, love, and celebration of your big day all in sixty seconds, giving you a film that you can easily share on social media or save to your phone to look back on any time you want.
Full Ceremony Edit
The Full Ceremony Edit captures your wedding ceremony in its entirety. Your friends and family standing to see you enter and walk down the aisle, the heartfelt vows you and your partner share, your first kiss as a married couple, the celebration of leaving joined in marriage, & more, are all included in the Full Ceremony Edit. For anniversaries to come you can watch your entire ceremony and relive the joy & devotion of your wedding day.
Full Reception Edit
The Full Reception Edit allows you to relive the celebration of your reception from start to finish.
In addition to the amazing dance moves, you’ll forever have access to the toasts, speeches, and tender moments of loved ones you may have missed while you were celebrating the night away.

THE EXTENDED FEATURE FILM
13-15 Minute Wedding Film

Full Ceremony Film provided in 4K
Instagram Teaser (Insta-Teaser)- around 1-minute film for easy sharing and viewing with a quick turnaround time for couples to relive the day and (give them something while they wait on the main feature)
Reception Edit (All key events in full) - This film is a documentary still film that is designed for couples that want to see all of the key events from the reception in full. It is for documentation purposes meaning it is not a “creative edit”
Rehearsal Dinner Coverage - I go to the rehearsal dinner and film any and all speeches and toasts. This option is great for capturing dialogue that can be used as narration of the main film.
